Construction details

  • NIGLOLAND is an amusement park located in the Aube which has 37 attractions with more than 500 000 visitors a year. This park created by the brothers GELIS in 1987 called on DECO GALVA for the powder coating of 5 lattice girders going from 42 to 52 meters. In section of an average length of 12 ml.

The frame was dismantled and then transported by 20 semi-trailers to DECO GALVA in Saint Pourçain Sur Sioule. Since the parts were already painted with a liquid paint, DECO GALVA first stripped the existing paint and prepared the parts for the powder coating. The owners of the park chose the powder coating to protect durably and aesthetically their equipment, the Volcanic shade was chosen for this project. Once the pieces were powdered and transported to the park, they were assembled on the ground and then installed with one or two cranes, depending on the size of the beams.

NIGLOLAND is a client who for this achievement has made the choice to invest in a qualitative and sustainable powder coating. This will allow him to avoid regular paint discounts, complicated to implement and expensive.
