The lycée technique Marcel Sembat (Marcel Sembat technical secondary school) in Sotteville-lès-Rouen was the subject of a restructuring and renovation policy to meet new pedagogical requirements.

Built entirely of steel, the new building for the body shops is the highlight of the architectural project, composed of 13 metal "blades", each 10 m wide, that support 8000 m2 of green roof. The more than 1000 tons of steel used to build this exceptional structure were galvanised at GALVA ECLAIR.
