Decocean powder coating is a duplex treatment that has been developed by the Galva Union group. By investing in Decocean, the benchmark for anticorrosion treatments + powder coating, you can be sure of obtaining a protective coating that is guaranteed in extreme conditions.

Decocean powder coating includes five essential stages:

1. Deoxidisation of the zinc by chemical cleaning (mechanical cleaning is not recommended)
2. Total rinsing of the article to be treated
3. Degassing (high temperature)
4. Protection of the zinc under the paint with a conversion coating (> 1000 hours salt spray test)
5. “Chemical barrier”: application of a layer under the powder coating protection
